ENABLE GRADUATE INTERNSHIPS
Internships are a great way for people with an interest in health and social care to gain valuable work experience and develop new skills. They can unlock the door to employment for young men and women from a range of backgrounds.
Enable's graduate internship scheme offers a 12 week placement working at our head office or in one of our homes, centres or workshops for people with learning difficulties. You will be part of a close-knit and committed team with responsibilities that reflect your interests and aptitudes.
The scheme is designed to support young people in the Derbyshire area. It is open to recent graduates in any subject. And because we're not looking for volunteers, internships are not limited to people whose parents can afford to fund them. Our interns are paid for their work at around £6 per hour.
The timetable for our next two rounds of applications is:
1. (3 places)
- Applications open: Tuesday 3rd January 2012
- Applications close: Friday 27th January 2012
- Start date: Monday 5th March 2012
- End date: Friday 1st June 2012
2. (3 places)

- Applications close: Friday 11th May 2012
