Another success for our 'perfect advocate'

We're proud to report that Enable's Kim Maddison has scooped The Frontline Leaders Award at the 2011 Great East Midlands Care Awards, held in Nottingham on 7th October. Kim, team leader at Meadowview Nursing Home, was commended in glowing terms by the judges

'Wow - The passion and commitment for her work bowls one over. Kim is a really inspirational person driving not only her staff, her clients but also other professionals. Emblazoned on her chest plate are the standards for individualism. A perfect advocate'

This recognition is the latest in a series of awards for Kim and her highly committed team. In September she won a Derbyshire Community Health Services Excellence in End of Life Care Award and in April, Meadowview won a Macmillan Nurses Life Enhancing Care Home Award.
